Is the VR hardware really included in the price?
Yes. Draxon provides and fully manages all Meta Quest headsets. There is no separate hardware investment — devices are preconfigured, maintained, and replaced if needed as part of your subscription.
What happens at the end of my contract?
We'll work with you well in advance of renewal. If you decide to terminate a contract, the hardware is returned to Draxon at the end of the subscription period.
Can I upgrade or switch plans mid-contract?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The price difference is prorated for the remaining contract period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you support multiple airport stations?
Professional and Enterprise include multi-station management and a global reporting dashboard across all your locations.
Which languages are the training modules available in?
The Starter plan includes 1 language. Professional and Enterprise include all available languages — currently German, English, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Greek, with more to follow.
