How It Works
The Academy Program is priced per device per year, not per trainee. You license a number of headsets, and everyone who trains on them is covered. That keeps the cost flat no matter how many people pass through your program in a year.
Every agreement starts with the Core Ramp VR package, which covers the standard ramp curriculum. From there you add packages as your curriculum requires:
- Pushback VR adds towbar pushback, headset communication, and the pre-departure walkaround check.
- De-Icing will follow as a separate package once the module is released.
Headsets are managed by Draxon in the same way as on our standard plans: pre-configured before delivery, maintained, and replaced if needed. The minimum is two devices.
What's Different From Our Standard Plans
This program is built for volume and flexibility rather than individual compliance reporting.
If your operation needs per-trainee certificates, audit trails, or ISAGO/IGOM-aligned individual records, our standard Draxon plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) are the right fit. Those are priced per trainee and carry the individual reporting that compliance-driven operations depend on.
