VR FAQ

IssueSolution
Black Screen / No Image• Restart the headset by holding the power button (top-left) for approximately 8 seconds and selecting Restart.   • Check the headset’s battery indicator/LED.   • If the device is low on battery, charge it and try again.
Controller Not Responding• Press any button on the controller. This pairs the controller with the headset.   • Check the controller battery level in the headset’s main menu.   • Replace the AA battery if necessary.   • Re-pair the controller by pressing any button; pairing normally completes automatically.
Trainee Stuck in Lesson• Assist the trainee in navigating menu or the lesson's interaction points.   • If the issue persists, use the virtual wrist menu (small home icon on the left wrist) → Leave Lesson → Relaunch the lesson.
View Tilted / Real World VisibleTrainee likely left the safety zone.   1. Guide back to center.   2. If boundary is wrong: Meta Button > Quick Settings > Boundary > Roomscale > Create New.
Pass-through mode stuck• Check whether the trainee has moved outside the defined boundary (visible as a white circle).   • If outside: return to the circle—provided it is still placed correctly relative to the training chair.   • If the circle is misplaced: redo the boundary setup using the steps from Calibration Inaccurate above.   • If inside the circle and still in passthrough mode: press Resume in the Draxon application window or double-tap on the right side of the headset.
DDID Invalid / BlockedCheck code on controller/headset stickers. If blocked (10 tries), contact Draxon Support.
Audio Missing• The volume may be too low, muted, or routed incorrectly.   • Increase the volume using the slider on the underside of the headset.   • Open the quick menu by pressing the Meta button and verify the audio settings.
Nausea or Dizziness• Stop the session immediately.   • Allow the trainee to take a break; symptoms usually subside quickly.
Headset Uncomfortable When Wearing Glasses• Increase the internal space by adjusting the lens spacers: press the small button next to each lens and gently pull the face-pad outward on both sides. This increases distance and reduces pressure on glasses.
Updates Not Starting or Stuck• Restart the Wi-Fi router (if accessible) and the headset.   • Ensure the headset is powered on and connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.   • Improve signal strength by placing the router closer to the headset or vice versa.
Calibration Inaccurate / View Misaligned / Safety Zone Incorrect• Press the Meta button on the right controller.   • Open Quick Settings (bottom left).   • Select Boundary.   • Choose Switch to Roomscale.   • Select Create New Boundary and follow the on-screen steps.   • Confirm, then press the Meta button again to exit.
Headset Lenses Fogging• Fogging can occur when the headset is worn immediately after physical activity or in warm environments.   • Allow the headset to acclimate for a short period before use, or clean the lenses with an anti-fog cloth.
