Trainees
Trainee accounts are managed from the Trainees tab.
- Add Trainee – Each trainee requires a unique username (alphanumeric) and a 4-digit PIN. Username and PIN combinations must be unique across your station.
Note: Username + PIN combinations must be unique for each user of the station.
- View PIN – PINs are hidden by default. Click the PIN field in the trainee list to reveal it.
- Edit / Delete – Select a trainee and open the Settings tab to edit their details or delete their account. Deleting an account removes login credentials but retains all training history.
