Navigate to the Trainees tab to manage user access.
- Add Trainee:
- Username: Alphanumeric only (e.g.,
John). No special characters. - PIN: 4-digit numeric code (e.g.,
4579). Avoid common combinations like0000or1234.

Note:** Username + PIN combinations must be unique for each user of the station.
- View PIN: PINs are hidden by default. Click the
••••field in the list to reveal it. - Edit/Delete: Select a user and nagviate to the
Settings-Tab. There you can edit or delete a user. Deleting removes credentials but keeps training stats.
