Positioning at the Cargo Hold
Teaches precise, safe positioning of the belt loader at the cargo hold.
Teaches controlled lifting and lowering of the front boom to match cargo-hold height.
Requires collaboration with a guide person for alignment and safety.
Short crash demonstrations to highlight critical mistakes.
Builds familiarity and confidence in on-ramp operation.
Operating at the Aircraft
Teaches operating the conveyor belt at the aircraft safely and efficiently.
Includes an error case with a colleague requesting help.
Exam
Assessment of knowledge from Operating at the Aircraft via 15 multiple-choice questions (pass = 12/15).
Topics include the mandatory brake test, correct sequence of operations, and understanding a guide person's hand signals.
